JOHN HIATT & LYLE LOVETT:
THE OPEN ROAD: EXCLUSIVE LONDON SHOW - MONDAY 15th FEBRUARY 2010
Stop Press:
The Open Road - Americana album of the month ~ Uncut - April 2010 edition.
The great John Hiatt, who last year was the recipient of a 'Lifetime achievement Award'
by the Americana Music Association, and was also an inductee to the
Nashville Songwriters Association, is to release a brand new album entitled The Open
Road,
on the New West Records label on Monday 8th March 2010.
There's even more good news for the UK Hiatt fan; John is to make his first appearance
on these shores for several years with a one-off show acoustic show with Lyle Lovett at
The Shepherd's Bush Empire in London on Monday 15th February 2010.
The irrepressible John Hiatt is available for interview in support of this one-off show
and also to promote this engaging and resonant new album.

LES CLAYPOOL:
OF FUNGI AND FOE: UK DATE ONE NIGHT ONLY ~ MONDAY 8th MARCH 2010
Les Claypool is one of American music's great eccentrics, an amazingly talented
musician whose creativity knows no bounds.
Whether it's fronting his jam-tastic combo Primus, or on collaborative projects such as
Colonel Claypool's Bucket Of Bernie Brains, or as a soloist, Claypool pursues a
highly idiosyncratic path that cares little for the daft musical pigeonholing that music
critics prefer. He is also a published author - a veritable Renaissance Man of modern
music.
The irrepressible Les Claypool makes a rare visit to the UK for a one-off show at
London's KoKo venue in Camden Town on Monday 8th March 2010. Apparently, the
gig is already
sold out, which only goes to show that Claypool's madness is infectious and
hugely
popular too.
Les will be fronting a four piece band and performing material from his wacko solo album
Of Fungi And Foe, released to glowing reviews last year.
Les Claypool will be available for interview is support of the album and show.

TUNE IN TO YOUR LOCAL REGIONAL STATION
'LIVE' SONG AND CHAT WITH MAGGIE!
Maggie Reilly is little short of a Scottish National Treasure.
First rising to prominence as vocalist with the band Cado Belle in the mid-1970's, since
then she has firmly established herself as one of the UK's finest female vocalists, by way
of stints with Mike Oldfield in the 1980's, and on through an absorbing solo career.
Her brand new album, Looking Back, Moving Forward, released on her own Red Berry
Records label which is out now.
This is Maggie's first album since the acclaimed Rowan
album of 2007.
Looking Back, Moving Forward was recorded in Glasgow with her musical partner of
over thirty years, keyboard player Stuart McKillop. The album contains twelve fine
examples
of Maggie Reilly's magnificent vocal skills.
