BARBARA DICKSON: FEBRUARY - MAY 2008 UK TOUR DATES

barbara 3 barbara 2 barbara 1 barbara 6

Barbara Dickson is simply one of the finest vocalists that the UK has ever produced.

Possessed of a warm and soulful voice, with her new album, Time And Tide, Barbara returns in part to her UK Folk roots with an album that resonates with emotive power.

Alongside producer / arranger Troy Donockley, Barbara subtly shifts musical mood and tone, mixing classics such as the Goffin / King opus Goin’ Back with traditional material like Rigs O’ Rye and her own Palm Sunday, to produce a refreshing and engrossing collection.

Barbara’s live performances provide the opportunity to witness a consummate vocalist at the top of her game.

ROBIN'S MOON WALK !

ROBIN TROWER: UK TOUR DATES ~ SEPTEMBER 2007

robin t 2 robin t 3 robin t 1

One of Brit Rock’s finest guitarists, Robin Trower has blazed a truly unique path since his departure from Procol Harum back in 1971.

Robin, whether as a soloist or with collaborations such as his brand new album, Seven Moons (Evangeline Records), recorded with another Brit Rock hero, Jack Bruce, has always cared little for ephemeral rock trends and movements; he’s doggedly stuck to his own Blues rock sound.

Such dedication to his cause has seen him carve out a niche that is his own, and, what’s more, has built up a loyal following amongst rock fans of discernment, recognising a musician with an unerring knack of finding the right note, investing his playing with a matchless feel devoid of unnatural flash and clutter.

Sadly, owing to other commitments, Jack Bruce will not be accompanying Robin on his forthcoming UK tour, but will be featuring his fine touring band comprising Glen Letsch (bass), Pete Thompson (Drums) and vocalist Davey Pattison.

Robin Trower
tours don’t come around so often that you can afford to miss ‘em, so you’re advised to book early to check out a true master of his craft
